Limited Time Events, or "LTEs" for short, are events that are run by System Era, sometimes in benefit of real life charities, or just to give players rewards for playing certain parts of the game. They give cosmetic rewards, as well as care packages of different useful items, depending on the LTE. Planets that the LTE may be completed on show an aurora over the northern pole.

The 2019 Halloween event introduced Gnarled Spookysquash on Atrox. Digging them up gave Stunted, Smiling, Astro and Mutated Spookyseeds, which grew Spookysquash of the same name as the variant seed. During this period, planting a Spookysquash also rewarded the player with the Pumpkin Visor. |
