The Battery Sensor is an Automation item in Astroneer. It allows players to detect when a battery has a charge and will send a signal to connected items.

The Battery Sensor will activate and send a signal to connected items based on changes in the charge of the connected battery. It cannot connect to a small battery directly, and can be attached to a Medium Battery or a platform holding small batteries.
