Medium Platform A is one of the main building blocks of Astroneer. It can be built from a Small Fabricator, and requires 1x Resin. It can be used for solar fields or serve as the core network of a base.
Uses
This Platform can be used for the following:
- Some crates can be unpacked on this platform.
- Objects unpacked on this platform can be removed, and are not stuck there like the Tier-3 components.
- Used as a housing for two Tier-1 objects or one Tier-2 object, like a Medium Solar Panel, Medium Wind Turbine, Medium Generator, Medium Storage, and Artifacts.
- Using this platform for storage prevents items from getting blown away during Storms.
- There are four power connector slots that can be used to expand your base from the main habitat.
