The Small Print Filter is a Base Building Item that can manage category filters and hide categories from any printers connected to it. This is useful when needing to cycle through categories with items that are needed at certain moments, skipping over the unnecessary categories.
Crafting[]
The Small Print Filter can be crafted using the Backpack Printer and is found under the same category as the Small Printer.

Operating[]
A small printer needs to be connected to the print filter from the top, then the print filter must be connected to a platform for power to the printer. Even without power, the print filter can still filter categories of its connected printer.
When operable, it should look like this:

Filtering Categories[]
To begin filtering categories, simply press the "Use" keybind when hovering over the print filter (the default keybind is 'f'). The Control Panel can be manually interacted with from the back of the print filter.
Category Filter State[]
This is the state in which the category is filtered, and whether or not its visible on the printer.
Visible[]
The category, and all its items, are visible on the printer's Control Panel, and can be crafted. This is the default state of the category.
Hidden[]
The category, and all its items, are not visible on the printer's Control Panel, and can not be crafted.
Trivia[]
- The small printer the print filter was connected to will remember categories that are hidden; turning back on all categories manually before disconnecting the printer from its filter is recommended.
- Despite turning off all categories for a Small Printer, the printer can still print Packager, Resipound, and Automaton 009
